Traumatic Life Events

Every so often, life’s twists and turns may catapult us into a deep hole. Such life stresses may include:

  • Intense relationship difficulties or losses

  • Family dynamics creating enormous stress

  • Career/employment issues

  • Financial issues

  • Health hardships

  • Addictions of family members and/or friends

  • Other extremely difficult situations

During dark periods of despair, it’s easy to feel down and discouraged. You may feel as though you’ll never bounce back into the person you once were.

I’ve been honored to help people work through stresses, seeing them develop the strength needed to climb out of the deep holes of life.
