become the person you were meant to be...
Chronic Illness

Living with a chronic illness presents an added set of stressors to life. It greatly impacts almost every arena of life, from social to physical and work. How can you live well in spite of your disease, making the best of what you have? My own experience from living with lupus and ankylosing spondylitis gives me some insight in regards to the effects of chronic illness on life. How do you grieve the losses and yet move forward and continue to become the person you were meant to be? I would greatly enjoy helping you to navigate this unexpected chapter of your life story, and help you to cultivate beauty from ashes.
